Our path to becoming a successful corporate partner is based on the completion of over 2600 projects, which started as milestones in our development.
From the initial projects that focused on our customers’ technical documentation and included the creation of operating manuals and instructions for use, to our current expertise in assessing product risks and optimizing supplier relationships – each stage of this progress has shaped and strengthened us.
The evolution from a documentation partner to a comprehensive enterprise security solution reflects a continuous change that started from a solid foundation and developed into a holistic approach.
Our journey began with a focus on technical documentation, in particular the creation of operating instructions and user manuals for our customers. These form the basis for our understanding of the products and their safety aspects. Over time, we broaden our view and place importance on the hazard analysis and risk assessment of our customers’ products. This enabled us to derive crucial product improvements and safety information and to focus services on minimizing potential risks.
Almost at the same time, it became clear that information alone was not enough – training and active coaching of our customers’ employees were required to help them with current challenges and implement solutions in a practical manner.

Focus on product safety and product liability
As a result of our expertise, we were increasingly asked to set up internal organizational structures for product safety and to coach responsible employees. Nowadays, we recognize the increased need to look not only at the products themselves, but also at the entire supply chain.
The evaluation of our customers’ suppliers has proven to be crucial in order to identify the actual risk in terms of product safety and product liability and to take concrete measures to minimize it. Our approach is characterized by a comprehensive analysis of the current situation, followed by the development of tailor-made concepts for implementation, the organizational structure and the formulation of clear guidelines and instructions.
At the same time, we gain a detailed insight into the actual situation on site. The duration of our interventions varies depending on their complexity and scope. Our approach enables us to achieve low labor costs for individual products or devices as well as for comprehensive manufacturing and production lines.
